Tank: R.I.P.
We lost our beloved dog, Tank, on Jan. 2, 2015.
We gave him a good day, filled with belly rubs, hugs, and bacon, steak, and cheese.
It was sunny and lovely outside; we carried him around the neighborhood and let him sniff/pee at strategic locations.
The vet came to the house, and Tank died in our laps as the sun set; the sky was brilliant -- dark, dark layers and beams of colored light streaking up from the horizon.
We miss him terribly, and are grateful for the time we had with him.
